David Pashman
General Counsel
David leads the legal team at JWP Connatix. Most recently he served as general counsel at JW Player, and prior to that he was the General Counsel for Meetup where he led legal and corporate development. Earlier in his career, David was a senior corporate associate in the New York office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, where he advised internet and technology companies in connection with operating issues, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. David has also been an Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Law, where he taught The Law of the Startup. David received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
