Pete Massey is the CFO of JWP Connatix, an accomplished CFO and COO with a distinguished career focused on propelling high-growth companies through pivotal transitions, from rapid scaling to successful exits. Pete brings an entrepreneurial approach to finance, known for his ability to unify management teams around key priorities, implement accountability, and foster incentives that drive significant business growth.
With 30 years of executive management experience across a myriad of Advertising and AdTech companies, Pete's expertise is deeply rooted. Most recently, he served as CFO of Flashtalking, successfully sold to MediaOcean in 2021. Prior to that, he was President and CFO of [x+1], a leading DSP acquired by RocketFuel in 2015. Pete's roots trace back to the beginning of AdTech as CFO of ModemMedia, one of the first Digital Advertising companies, where he worked for 12 years until its acquisition by Digitas.
In his free time, Pete is a fully rated Private Pilot and enjoys biking, tennis, and skiing.
